Dear Families,
In our continuing efforts to best serve our school community, we are implementing an updated re-enrollment procedure. Rather than have families re-enroll online, we are asking that you complete and remit an Intent Form for School Year Enrollment, which will allow you to re-enroll all of your children on a single form. You may obtain this form online this at the bottom of this page or by picking up a hard copy of the form in the main office.
After completing the form for your family, you may scan it and attach it to an email and send it to learning@rockbridge.org, or you may remit a completed hard copy to the main office. You may pay tuition deposits by credit card online at http://www.rockbridge.org/store/ (with the addition of a 3% convenience fee), or via cash or check (made payable to Rockbridge Academy) remitted to the main office.
There may be a certain amount of convenience lost from being able to complete and submit this form online. Unfortunately, it has been our experience to have some completed forms disappear into cyberspace, or even hacked into, generating false data. We appreciate your cooperation with the new procedure.
The Intent Form and tuition deposit(s) are due by Friday, January 15, 2010.
