“I have set my bow in the cloud,
and it shall be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth.”
Genesis 9:13

All around us the colors of God’s rainbow shine brightly and illuminate our world. They inspire countless moods and emotions in our minds and hearts, making our daily lives richer. Colors have inspired poems, books and music, and some have even influenced entire painting periods for great artists. Our lives are in constant motion because of them. Music inspired by a single color can be full of imagination, like the Blue Danube, Green Brook and Yellow Submarine.  This summer we will celebrate God’s rainbow of hope through particularly colorful music!

The camp consists of two separate orchestras divided by playing level, plus a cello ensemble for all levels.  Each group will perform both individually and together at the final concert. The repertoire will challenge and stimulate every student according to their skill level, while providing a fun and enriching summer experience. All music will be mailed two weeks before camp begins, and students are strongly encouraged to practice the music ahead of time to maximize their enjoyment.

No auditions necessary; the minimum entry level required is Suzuki Book 2 or comparable.
This camp is not intended for true beginners.
