“PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD,
THAT YOU MAY BE ABLE TO STAND AGAINST THE SCHEMES OF THE DEVIL.”
EPEHSIANS 6:11

Hark, young minstrels and troubadours! Don your imaginary armor and prepare your bows because Strings Summer Serenade 2026 is transporting you to Medieval Times! This summer we'll master our instruments like a knight perfecting his swordplay, while feasting on minstrels’ tales of dragons, damsels, and daring deeds. Music from Brave, How to Train your Dragon, and Camelot, among others, will vividly bring our journey to life. Join our noble quest for musical excellence and make some truly epic memories!

The camp consists of two separate orchestras divided by playing level, plus a cello ensemble for all levels.  Each group will perform both individually and together at the final concert. The repertoire will challenge and stimulate every student according to their skill level, while providing a fun and enriching summer experience. All music will be mailed two weeks before camp begins, and students are strongly encouraged to practice the music ahead of time to maximize their enjoyment.

No auditions necessary. Minimum entry level required is Suzuki Book 2 or comparable. This camp is not intended for true beginners.
